WHAT IT IS ABOUT
Where does yoga come from, and what do the old texts actually say? The course traces the development from early and classical yoga through the tantric traditions to Hatha Yoga. The aim is a sound understanding of the ideas behind today’s yoga practice and the ability to teach yoga philosophy clearly in your own classes.
