Meditation training and Kundalini Yoga course: five days of tantric meditation and philosophy, Wednesday to Sunday, in Rossatz on the Danube, Austria. Recognised by Yoga Alliance as continuing education (YACEP) with 30 hours. The course is for practitioners with some experience.
WHAT IT IS ABOUT
Tantra is often misunderstood in the West. In its classical form it is a philosophy and a set of meditation methods that start from everyday experience. We read the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra and practise its meditations, combined each day with gentle Kundalini Yoga. The course involves no physical contact of any kind.

– Mantra and bija in tantra
– Vijnana Bhairava Tantra and Shiva Sutras

– 15:00–17:00 Theory (Thursday and Friday)
– 17:30–20:00 Evening classes
PRICE
– 500 € course without accommodation
– 650 € course with accommodation in an apartment in the same house
Text editions included. Small group of up to 8 participants.

Clemens Biedrawa
Clemens Biedrawa is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 teacher of Kundalini Yoga and classical Hatha Yoga. He trained in Kundalini Yoga in the tradition of Dhirendra Brahmachari in Europe and of Swami Satyananda in India, and completed his RYT 500 in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga with Swami Vidyanand and Yogacharya Sanjeev Pandey.
