Individual Schedule 200h- Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at the Danube River

INDIVIDUAL SCHEDULE- We offer five intensive training courses a year at our beautiful yoga centre on the Danube in Austria. The training offered here allows students to complete the course over the course of one year at their own pace. You can attend any of the four 200-hour modules whenever they are held, until all hours and subjects are successfully covered.

This training course aims to make you a confident yoga teacher, with a special focus on developing your innate talents.

The Kundalini Yoga you will practise is the essence of Hatha Yoga and Sound Yoga. It is a gateway to deep spiritual self-development.
Throughout the course, you will explore the ancient practices of Kundalini and Hatha yoga, developing the skills and confidence required to teach.

By the end of the course, you will have learned about the ancient foundations of yoga, enabling you to integrate Kundalini as a vibrant aspect of your Hatha yoga practice.
You will explore all this at the banks of the Danube and among the ancient vineyards of the UNESCO World Heritage site of Wachau.
